where we started...
We’re a couple high school sweethearts who started our journey together as a young family. Fresh out of high school, we dove straight into parenting. As newlyweds, we found ourselves simultaneously balancing student life and providing for a family.
We faced challenges most young families face — loneliness, balancing work and relationships, overwhelm, managing finances, and more. All while wanting to create a life that everyone dreams of! Not necessarily the big house and the fancy car dream… but the dream of having a strong family that turns towards each other through all of life’s challenges and continues to grow, no matter what. That dream.
where we are today...
To connect with others and cope with the pressures of life as a young mom, Camille started a digital journal to share life experiences. Over the years, it evolved into a community where we share all our tips, tricks, and things that make us laugh and find joy in what could be seen as mundane.
From the beginning, we worked very hard to create memories and stay connected as a family, despite our limited finances. Camille worked a number of side jobs to make sure she could be at home with our kids while Brandon went to dental school. Camille developed a real passion for sharing how families could have fun, regardless of what life throws at you.
