We make this sticky finger salad at least 2-3 times a month. It is so easy, you can pack in the vegetables and it tastes really good. Not only that, but it can be whipped up in a matter of a few minutes.
You’ll want to make sure you have an air fryer. They come in handy with our family so often.

- 1 Air Fryer
Ingredients
- Brown Sugar
- Franks Hot Sauce
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Fully Cooked Breaded Chicken Strips We use Tyson brand
- Croutons
- Shredded Cheese
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Red Onions
- Sliced Lettuce
- Craisins
- Ranch Dressing
Instructions
- Chop all of the vegetables to create your salad.
- Cook your chicken strips in the air fryer. We usually do a full layer on the bottom {about 8 strips} and cook them at 375 for about 8-10 minutes. Just until they are hot and crispy. Cut into strips.
- Toss your chicken strips in the boiled sauce and add to the top of your salad.
- Add salad toppings: croutons, cheese, & Craisins and top with ranch dressing
Sauce Recipe
- Mix together brown sugar, vinegar and hot sauce. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Set aside
