Personal Dinners & a Weekend to Remember

Sponsored Post: This post is sponsored by NatureSweet, but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

Okay so this weekend has been one for the books. I think my eyes have been opened – as cliche as that sounds. I know how important family time is, but this weekend has really made me tune in and enjoy it.

It’s Cinco de Mayo this weekend so of course we have to celebrate by making something Mexican. Good thing I’m great at experimenting {wink!}
I’m a sucker for 7-layer bean dip – which is hilarious because I’m no fan of beans. But mix it with the sour cream, guac, and tomatoes and mm, mm, mmm – we have a winner.
So how did I experiment?! Well, I made the normal 7-layer dip, but with a twist! We added in some taco meat to make it more of a meal. And let me tell you, paired with Eclipses, it was a little bit of Heaven in your mouth!
What made it even more fun, we let Tylee make her own! And this girl loves, loves, did I say LOVES, to cook! So this was right up her alley!    Seriously, they were SO yummy! They are the perfect way to have your own personal meal!           As you can see it was a HUGE hit for the kiddos! Join the dark side and see what else you can do with NatureSweet Eclipses.

Next up, WET N WILD
We decided to hit up Wet n Wild for the first time of the season! This place literally keeps this Utah born girl sane in those insanely hot AZ summers! In case you were wondering – you’ll find us here alllllmooost on the daily!
OH and I do tell them not to run at the pool – {insert me rolling my eyes!} Life is a ferris wheel, enjoy the ride. I know we are!

Until next time, enjoy your ride,

XOXO
