The '5' Burrito

Easy, delicious chicken burritos in under 5 minutes to prep, using only 5 ingredients.

Equipment

  • Crockpot

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 4 medium Frozen Chicken Breasts
  • 8 oz Salsa {We like the mild Pace salsa}
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can black beans {drained}

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into the crockpot
  • Cook on High for 4 hours
  • Shred and mix together
  • Cook on low for another hour or so to let the ingredients blend
  • Keep Crockpot on warm until ready to eat
  • Serve in your favorite taco shells or tortillas with your favorite toppings
  • We like: sour cream, cilantro, lime & cheese for basics
  • Use any leftovers to make nachos or quesedillas
