I came across this easy chicken tortilla wrap on a TikTok video. I wasn’t sure everything that went into it, so we decided to create our own. It is so delicious, and it’s a quick lunch idea you can throw together. And it’s healthy! BONUS. You only need a few ingredients, and a skillet with a little olive oil to grill it up and serve it warm.
I don’t know about you, but peanut butter & jelly sandwiches get old pretty quick, but I don’t have the desire to come up with new ideas all the time. I love having lunch, but I don’t love the prep and the feeling of cooking and cleaning all day long. By the time you make breakfast and clean it up, it seems like it’s already time for lunch. Needless to say, easy lunch ideas that are quick and taste good, are my jam.
Jump to RecipeWe love serving this easy chicken tortilla wrap with a balsamic glaze drizzle or in a small cup to dip it. Not sure of a balsamic glaze brand? We usually just grab this glaze from the grocery store – add it to your next pickup!
Not But it can be eaten without. You can also switch up the meats, the cheeses, or add in a variety of veggies to make it unique to your own taste – fan of onions? Add some in, I bet it’s delicious! Not a fan of Pepper Jack, sometimes we’ll switch it to Provolone or just whatever we have on hand. The beauty of this recipe is, it’s versatile to fit all the taste buds.
Some of our kiddos turn up their noses at the spinach, so we sneak it in, but if they catch us, it can be eaten without the spinach as well.
